What do I do if my reference provider has not received the request email?
If your reference provider has not received your request, the first step is to have them check their spam folder for the email. The next step is to log in to your SlideRoom account and resend the request. To open your submission, click on the "Completed" tab in the left-hand menu, then click View next to the submission. Go to the References tab, and there you will find a "Resend" link next to any incomplete reference:
Once you click "Resend," the system will send out another reference request. If the problem persists and your provider still doesn't receive the email, you can follow the additional troubleshooting steps here.
