Payment Declined or Not Completing

Why is my payment being declined?

If you are receiving an "AVS mismatch" error, this error message occurs because the information you are typing does not exactly match your billing information. For instance, this could be a simple "Rd. vs Road" or the middle initial of your name. If you are receiving no error beyond declination, we are given no additional information for privacy and security reasons from our payment processor. Please try again or use a different card. If the issue continues, please contact us at support@slideroom.com and we will help you resolve the issue.

Why is my payment not completing? 

If you are using the anti-virus/security software Kaspersky, you will need to add SlideRoom as a website safe for making payment from. Here is their support guide regarding how to do that:

If you are using some other anti-virus software, please temporarily disable it in order to submit.
